Španělsko: Na cestující mladší 12 let se již nevztahuje povinnost předložit zdravotní potvrzení
Na základě rozhodnutí španělské vlády ze dne 9. 6. 2021 dochází k úpravě věkové hranice pro povinnost předložit zdravotní certifikáty při vstupu do Španělska. Od 9. 6. 2021 se na cestující mladší 12 let nevztahuje povinnost předložit zdravotní potvrzení, jako jsou očkovací certifikát, antigenní testy, PCR nebo doklad o prodělání nemoci.
Nicméně nezávisle na zemi původu musejí všichni cestující, kteří vstoupí na území Španělska leteckou nebo námořní cestou (včetně osob, které Španělsko použijí pouze jako tranzit) před příjezdem vyplnit kontrolní zdravotní formulář prostřednictvím webu www.spth.gob.es nebo aplikace Spain Travel Health, a to včetně dětí mladších 12 let (vyplní za ně rodiče). Po vyplnění tohoto formuláře je vygenerován individuální QR kód, který je cestující povinen předložit jak dopravním společnostem, tak i na zdravotním kontrolám při vstupu do země.
Pro cesty do Španělska pozemní cestou platí, že všechny osoby starší 12 let musejí být schopny doložit některý ze tří výše uvedených certifikátů bez nutnosti vyplnit výše uvedený formulář.
