Day 3   Daytrip to the artist’s town Gmünd:

Discover one of the most beautiful and colourful small towns in Europe!

In the evening you attend one of the highlights of your „near to the paradise“-stay: The „Genussfestspiele“, a festival of indulgence, with gourmet grocer Herwig Ertl and Sissy Sonnleitner, one of Austria’s most renowned cooks.


Day 4   Discover Carinthia’s most delicious corner:

Savour the region’s culinary wonders as well as the natural beauty of the countryside while local producers let you in on their secrets. Architecture, craft and indulgence right in the middle of town!

  • Meet „Gailtaler Landmais“ (corn) grower Josef Brandstätter
  • Visit the private brewery Loncium
  • Let the coffee roasters Christian und Helmut Thurner brew you a cup of their coffee „Sangiusto“
