The eco-friendly 1,400 m2 bathhouse contains a sauna area with several cabins, steam baths and a lake sauna on stilts with direct lake access. Inside the heat cabins, guests are offered professionally staged infusion ceremonies. Inside the Finnish sauna, guests may also perform their own infusions. The massage and beauty area accommodates several cabins and 2 spa suites for couples. Here, guests can indulge in individual, high quality „lake wellness“ treatments. Various zones offer relaxation areas, which ensures that each guest will find a suitable atmosphere. A bright and warm central relaxation area with an element of privacy is offered by the wellness lounge with its 150 deckchairs and 2 heat cabins. A spacious window front offers views and direct access to Lake Millstätter See. In the small outdoor infinity pool, which is filled with water heated to 35° C, guests have the feeling of swimming directly inside the lake. The „Green spa“ is perfect for relaxing and enjoying views of Lake Millstätter See from the loge seats. Apart from offering tranquillity and relaxation, the bathhouse also has its own restaurant, which serves guests Alpine-Adriatic specialities within a comfortable lounge atmosphere.

Goldeck – the local ski resort of Lake Millstätter See Mount Goldeck (2,100 m) offers visitors magnificent views of Lake Millstätter See. Since December 2011, Carinthia’s „sports mountain“ appears in a new guise. The new feeder lift „Talbahn Goldeck“, which takes winter sports fans from Spittal an der Drau (550 m) to the summit station (2,000 m), the six-seater chairlifts „Bärnbissbahn“ and „Skyliner“ as well as the ski run expansions offer ideal skiing conditions. Holders of a valid ski card are entitled to a free, safe and comfortable ski bus transfer from Millstatt to the Goldeck ski lifts.

The offers for the winter season 2012/2013 have been expanded for returnees and families to include the newly erected ski depot, a ski rental incl. service station, an office of the skiing school directly at the „Talbahn Goldeck“ valley station as well as a beginner’s area in the proximity of the „Talbahn Goldeck“ summit station. With its Snowpark Goldeck, a first-class fun park, Carinthia’s „sports mountain“ is also setting new standards for the freestyle community this season. Snowboarders and freeskiers can look forward to an outstanding and versatile park design suitable for all levels of aptitude. Another highlight is Goldeck’s 8.5 km long black run, the longest run of its kind in the Alps. Approx. 1,600 altitude metres must be overcome on very challenging terrain. With more than 32 kilometres of well-groomed ski runs of all levels of difficulty and modern transport installations, Mount Goldeck offers the finest in winter sports enjoyment. Ski and board fans can look forward to a 50 hectare freeride area with snow-covered slopes.
